Full Wedding Day Package Start to Finish

- Keep track of timeline and make sure all party members are ready for the ceremony and reception
- Act as liaison between catering staff, M.C.,photographer & videographer
- Cueing the musicians and bridal party of when to play
- Ensure the bride & groom get to eat
- Keep reception running smoothly
- Provide wedding day emergency kit
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors

Month Of Service

- Contact & finalize all proposals with established vendors
- Attend & conduct rehearsal, including timing of wedding party through processional & recessional
- Coordinate final details with all vendors, provide each vendor with typed wedding day itinerary & contact sheet
- Contact person & liaison for all vendors (Catering manager/staff, DJ/MC, photographer etc)
- Assist bride, groom & wedding party with get ready needs
- Ceremony site set-up (Subject to restrictions)
- Organize processional line-up
- Reception site set-up (Subject to restrictions)
- Send bride down the aisle worry free
- Assist with bustling of wedding gown at reception
- Ensure bride & groom gets to eat
- Keep reception flowing
- Guest Favor Preparation & Display (If needed Suppl'ys not included)
- Distribute final payments and tips to vendors

~ Coordination Packages ~
For All Coordination Packages:
- At least one coordinator and one assistant will be present for every wedding with 100-199 guests. (Additional $50.00 fee will be incurred)
- At least one coordinator and two assistants will be present for every wedding with 200-299 guests. (Additional $75.00 fee will be incurred.)
- At least one coordinator and three assistants will be present for every wedding with 300 guests or more. (Additional $100 fee will be incurred.)
- All weddings with more than 350 guests will require custom packages and pricing.
An additional fee of $200 will be added to any wedding/event on a holiday or holiday weekend. (New Year's Eve, New Year's Day, Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas.)
Each package is divided into three equal payments with the non-refundable deposit due at the signing of the contract, the final payment is due 30 days prior to the event any, and additional fees incurred are due at the end of event. The first payment is a non-refundable retainer fee. Money Orders/ Cashier Checks are payable to "Dee’s Craft and Special Events". A $50.00 late fee is applied to all past due invoices. Packages subject to applicable taxes. We also accept Visa & Master crads payements.
All packages and prices are negotiable upon consultation. Prices are subject to change.
